I use Expleo for software quality assurance activities such as test planning, test case management, defect management, and regression testing in an agile-driven work culture. Expleo is very useful for quality assurance and testing, and its reputation in quality engineering convinced us to choose it. The quality services in Expleo are fascinating, with early identification of bugs to reduce risk and ensure build stability. I appreciate that Expleo allows QA to be part of testing from the initial phases of development, helping to identify gaps early on and plan regression tasks effectively, ultimately ensuring high product stability. The collaborative environment in Expleo helps improve productivity and offers faster support. The well-structured quality engineering, talented professionals, reliable products, and support for cross-functional team collaboration are significant benefits for us. The improvement I suggest is to have a real-time feedback for the product quality. If the test cases are being executed and there are more failures, we can have a real-time update stating that the build is not stable, and then we can stop the run and focus on the development.

**What do you like best about Expleo?**

I use Expleo for software and QA testing. I read about their cutting-edge QA tools and decided to get a trial for my organization. We chose Expleo because the suite and service quality seemed better than other tools we considered. It has helped us address QA automation at scale and improve automation coverage. As a result, we've reduced the overall QA budget and are shipping better quality products. I particularly value the QA tool for its domain-specific QA knowledge. The overall accuracy and suite of services offered are very helpful. It's easy to use, and the customer support is excellent.

Since I have used the QA tool most extensively, I believe integration of AI could be better. Automating testing, or running more intensive custom reports.

I’ve felt some inconsistency in growth opportunities and compensation. Management style can also vary a lot depending on the account, and that can really affect the day-to-day experience. I also think it would be helpful if career progression and internal communication were more structured and transparent.
