I liked 2 things about Explara - 1 - platform has amazing features and tracking mechanism. It is also very easy to understand. Their accounting and billing process is very reliable. 2. Team - Tejal, Ashok and Santosh have always been very quick to respond and get to the core of the issue. That helps. I know they are there is there is an issue that needs to be tackled.
