**What do you like best about ExpertVoice?**

I have nothing but good things to say about ExpertVoice! Every employee I've interacted with has been excellent: they've all had great personalities and been attentive, savvy, and committed to ensuring that our brand has a positive experience. I've actually worked with EV in two different roles, and no matter our budget, EV has solutions to increase revenue by getting education to the folks who influence buyer decisions. An excellent brand partner!

**What do you dislike about ExpertVoice?**

There's nothing I dislike about ExpertVoice! The only hiccup I encounter is that when shipping gratis products to bigger retailers, the likelihood of it getting to the Expert who took the module is lower. That leads to dissatisfaction and less willingness to take more modules.

**What problems is ExpertVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The brand I work for currently has a team of broker sales reps. Our brand is still small, so the amount of time a given broker devotes to educating retail staff is limited. By creating lesson modules in EV, I can control the messaging that I want the retail staff to hear, and which product features and benefits are the most important to emphasize. We also get great engagement with The Vitamin Shoppe, which isn't a retailer that our brokers call on. That audience is hungry for education, and we weren't set up to provide it to them without EV.

The ability to educate and incentivize our retail accounts. I love that our ExpertVoice team is always so willing to help us put together the best lessons and campaigns.

Nothing, we love everything about ExpertVoice and we are very thankful!

**What problems is ExpertVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ExpertVoice is helping us solve the problem of being unable to be everywhere at once. It gives us the ability to provide our retailers with easy access to education without needing to constantly be in the stores training.

ExpertVoice has a large pro community and audience we would otherwise not reach with our pro discount programs.

**What do you dislike about ExpertVoice?**

There are downsides to ExpertVoice. We just need to continue to leverage the platform with fresh brand and educational content to keep the sales coming.

Expertvoice is connecting us with a larger audience of pro athletes, shop employees, and influencers than we could reach on our own. Our eCommerce sales benefit from increase business from Expertvoice

**What do you like best about ExpertVoice?**

Our collaboration with ExpertVoice and its team of specialists helped us come up with a strategy to both have an immediate impact on our DTC presence as well as stand out in a competitive market for athlete recovery tools. Most importantly, it helped us build our brand and continue to extend its reach through the experts on this platform.

**What do you dislike about ExpertVoice?**

While there cannot be a price tag on building your brand, I would love to see programs specifically targeted at emerging brands, startups and category disruptors that work with smaller budgets than established brands.

**What problems is ExpertVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building our brand and putting our product in the hands of experts that will hopefully share their experience with others, allowing us to showcase our advantages over other compeitor products.

The order processing system before switching to True Commerce.

Highly recommend any brand in the specialty CPG space to try and use EV; it's a great way to engage new customers and experts across a number of fields.

We've been able to interact with experts across a plethora of industries; from the military complex to specialty retail.  Biggest benefit has been the expert reviews

There are very few platforms that will benefit your brand and create advocacy and make you money at the same time!

This platform replaces boots on the ground training that is massively expensive to execute. They are helping create a community of brand experts and ambassadors.

**What do you like best about ExpertVoice?**

A lot of organizations that put content on ExpertVoice offer swag or gift cards for users who complete the course(s). This gives the team some motivation to get in there and do some training. The courses are great and it's easy to enroll in and complete courses.

**What do you dislike about ExpertVoice?**

It is fairly easy for our store employees to create an account, but our corporate employees at the office seem to have a hard time. They have to call the customer service line to get an account.

**What problems is ExpertVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While we have an LMS internally, ExpertVoice provides a great place for our team members to get external training and learn more about the products we sell at our stores. They love the rewards - it's a win-win!

I love how many options you have available on expert voice. It's a platform that gives you so much flexibility!

Some of the brands are difficult to find. The search option isn't the most intuitive.

It's allowed me to save a ton of $ on clothes, which I absolutely love!

**What do you like best about ExpertVoice?**

Visually appealing for the most part. Most of the content is presented in a dynamic fashion. Some neat CSS used on the site in the training modules that actually make the learning engaging.

**What do you dislike about ExpertVoice?**

Support has been terrible every time I've engaged. My first ever interaction was because I received a damaged item and a missing item in the same one order from them. When I reported the issue they told me to send the item back and repurchase them but that I would be refunded later - what kind of fly by night operates like that? So I did what they asked and they shipped me another damaged item then it was like pulling teeth to get my money back. Took 4 weeks and the first refunded wasn't even processed correctly - had to reach out to them to get all my money back. Recently it's become a very restrictive application in the sense that they (ExpertVoice) decided to imposed fictional restrictions on users for no reason. For instance my user account has been forced to prove further affiliation which is very odd I've been affiliated for 10 years and an employee with my org for 20+. When I enquired about this I was told it was because I was "furlowed" - was news to me and my manager as well when I asked him because I'm still an active employee. It's unnecessary to do this and has shaken confidence among the users in our store. This led to my second time interacting with them I had to reach out a half a dozen times about the same thing asking questions about their privacy policy because they demanded I send confidential info via an unencrypted service which is pretty sketchy but then in their own privacy policy clearly state they will only ask you to submit info via the platform - so I was confused. I asked if I could have the information removed once provided and got no response. They won't disclose how they intend to use or store my confidential information they demand which makes me feel very uncomfortable. When asking detailed questions about this and their terms of use policy I received very short responses from their support crew who were very clearly annoyed becaused I was seeking more information about something that didn't seem right to me - when I asked detailed questions about their privacy policy and my info they outright declined to answer my questions.

They also showcase brands that aren't available - which is extremely frustrating to the end-user.

**Recommendations to others considering ExpertVoice:**

It's just ok, if the quality of the learning experience is important then I'd evaluate other options based on the experiences I've had. They don't care about the learner's experience and are more concerned with signing up new products.

**What problems is ExpertVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None, they've only created new problems for me.....and that's really unfortunate.

**What do you like best about ExpertVoice?**

The quizzes to learn about all of the product and the history of the brands is very helpful when attempting to sell a product. Incentivization in the form of discounts is really effective in getting users like me to learn more about products and having the ability to own a product at a discount helps provide first hand experience that is relevant to customers.

**What do you dislike about ExpertVoice?**

Sometimes the questions in the quizzes arent the most relevant and dont sever a purpose to help me as a seller do my job. Having the limitation that items purchased on the site can only be sent to my workplace feels like an invasion of my privacy as then coworkers know what I'm ordering and how much I'm ordering off the site. I'd prefer it if more of the product information was visual vs. just paragraphs with descriptions. Or potentially giving users the option for their preference on how they'd like the information on products presented would be a huge improvement.

**Recommendations to others considering ExpertVoice:**

Really do your best to use the lessons to your advantage, they really help with understanding product features, usage and selling points for customers that makes you more educated as well! The discounts dont hurt either :)

**What problems is ExpertVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm learning about products and brands I normally would never have learned about just in my everyday life. I've gained a great knowledge base which helps me feel more confident when recommending products to customers to fit their needs.

i really like that you only have to acces a the page to find reviews about almost everything and if you are an expert you can give your opinion to others and help them

**What do you dislike about ExpertVoice?**

i don't like so much that i have to have a code to give my opinion to others, i don't know what they asume that you only are an expert if you belong to some company or work with a brand. I don't think that is the best way.

Here you have an awesome tool to find everythin you need about brands, so once you try it, you'll never looked back again to find reviews in other place.

**What problems is ExpertVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i found really helpfull the platform to get answers and has a big panoram to the products and brands where you want to buy something, i personally use it to fing a great coffe maker, because all the coffe makers i saw on amazon, has bad reviews, and i really wanted one so i was searching and found this tool in the search.

Love that the platform incentives employees to gain more training while allowing brands to change up training as much as they like to meet their needs.

Sometimes the quizes to get certified are too long and not worth the time it takes to pass them.

**What problems is ExpertVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting training for brands or products that I might not be as familiar with is something I really appreciate as it's tough to get that during work.

I like the ability to have professional reviews at hand. You no longer have to sift through a ton of different reviews on multiple sites not knowing the reliability of the reviewer. ExpertVoice is a reliable collection of reviews for the informed consumer!

**What do you dislike about ExpertVoice?**

Not having access to more brands to browse from, even just access to reliable reviews if I don't have purchasing access. It would be helpful to be able to read reviews so I'm better informed on the products I am buying and investing in.

Before buying any gear, check out the reviews on ExpertVoice for the reviews you're really searching for!

**What problems is ExpertVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reliability of the reviews from professionals in similar fields as me and being able to contribute to the reviews. The users of ExpertVoice typically know what a consumer is looking for in the products. We have access to reviews that are practical and the gear has been used for what it was intended for and probably what the consumer of ExpertVoice is wanting to use it for. Again, it is an amazing resource to find relevant and reliable reviews.

I like that its all in one place & you don't have to comparison shop as much

The search function is terrible! If you do not spell a brand correctly you are not going to find it.

Haha, it has made more problems for me. I spend way too much time on there buying gear! It emptys my pockets! Definitely that is actually a benefit.

We were able to start generating incremental revenue, and tracking it, with all of the great content our customers were already putting out there. 

**What do you dislike about ExpertVoice?**

It's not the cheapest solution, but at the end of the day, we were able to quantify it as a solid net gain after reviewing with our marketing team. 

**Recommendations to others considering ExpertVoice:**

During the discovery phase, consider getting some case studies/benchmarks from them, and put them up against your current baseline metrics for conversion rate, customer LTV, etc.  I think it will help you paint a picture of what kind of ROI you can expect to exceed before committing to the spend on the platform. 

**What problems is ExpertVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An automated way to leverage social proof both on our product pages, and on our social media channels. One side, automatically feeding the other. Proving the value of social proof was one of the most difficult things to reconcile between our finance and marketing teams, before putting this solution into use. Additionally, we would frequently run contests based on hashtags and tagging our brand, with our products being used in the photos. We would get followers and engagement, but it ended there. Once we implemented Experticity, we were able to use associate all of those user photos with products on our PDP pages. This was a huge win for us as an E-Commerce brand that thrives on social proof.

The application allows for products knowledge to be taught to employees directly with a reward system that provides sufficient incentive to complete.

**What do you dislike about ExpertVoice?**

Visual design of the app seems cheap or rushed. App has a lot of potential.

**What problems is ExpertVoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training employees on different products. Employees get to earn the right to learn more about the products they like and it pushes them to sell more product as a result because of incentive.

**What do you like best about ExpertVoice?**

Ease of navigation, it takes less space, unique filters, and easy training modules.

**What do you dislike about ExpertVoice?**

It gets quite slow at times (consistently). It is not low-priced and there is less involvement of retailers in our whole process.

**Recommendations to others considering ExpertVoice:**

It would be nice if you reduce the cost of this product and add more portfolios.
