What do you like best about ExpenseOnDemand?

What I appreciate most about the Expense on Demand employee expense management app is its advanced scanning feature and automation. The app is very user-friendly and can be quickly adopted by anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExpenseOnDemand?

There is nothing I particularly like. What I dislike about the application is how slow it is to upload receipts, which can be frustrating. Additionally, there is still some manual work required when importing certain credit cards, especially corporate credit cards. The whole process tends to take longer than I would prefer. What do you like best about ExpenseOnDemand?

What I liked best is that it can be tailored to your specific needs and is very easy to use both on PC and the app

Also the support provided was exceptional with good contact and regular meetings held to ensure I had an understanding of system and that the system worked for what I needed. There was no hard sell just good positive discussions to what was actually needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ExpenseOnDemand?

The functionality and technology on desktop and mobile app are great.

The team is constantly enhancing features and functionality.

What do you dislike about ExpenseOnDemand?

Manual import required for corporate credit cards, however Xero integration will be receiving update soon to allow credit card transactions to map into Expense on Demand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ExpenseOnDemand?

The app is really easy to use and the staff have been great assisting throughout the whole set up process and as an when we have had any questions / queries since.

It is very reasonably priced and you can tailor build your own package based on your company needs thus only paying for what you need and use - this is great for us as a smaller business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExpenseOnDemand?

As a finance manager user, there are 3 seperate steps of approval before the data export can take place, this could be more streamlined but overall is not a major issue and still very easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can be so simple for the claimants but has everything that the accounting side needs in order to report and analyse.

What do you like best about ExpenseOnDemand?

Very simple to set up, users can get going with minimal training. The dashboard is an absolute godsend for the finance team. We were up and running within the morning. The reporting functionality was easy to design and we were able to interface to our ERP system using standard functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExpenseOnDemand?

Nothing at all, I like all of it. If I was being hyper critical the ability to group expenses into trips would be even better, and maybe some of the rules on approvers are a bit too tight for small departments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ExpenseOnDemand solving and how is that benefiting you?

We currently have a purely paper based system which is not suitable for our sales staff who are always travelling. Expense on DEmand will remove that, it will mean that they can submit expenses during their trips and be paid before they arrive home!
