I like how sophisticated Expandi.io is, with intuitive built-in functions that I wanted years ago. The biggest thing I love is that it automates everything. I just set it up, and it does all the work, like sending a connection request and later following up automatically with an offer when someone connects on LinkedIn. It's seamless, and I don't have to do anything manually. The automation of group messages, inmails, and open profile messages makes managing connections so smooth. One issue I encountered is sometimes Inmails don't get sent out, which is a bit frustrating. This isn't really Expandi.io's fault because it's more about how LinkedIn works—like if a profile isn't open, the inmail can't be delivered without using a credit. I wish there was a way that Expandi's development team could keep up with these changes and find workarounds, though that might be hard given LinkedIn's constant updates. Also, there was an initial learning curve when setting up the software, but after spending a lot of time on it and figuring out the workflows, it became fairly easy to manage. At the beginning, I felt like I was missing more guidance on how to really take advantage of the platform and use it to its full potential. To clarify, the people who originally trained me on Expandi were not directly from Expandi, so that may be why my initial experience was not the best.

However, now that I’ve started using the Strategy Calls with the Expandi team, the experience has improved a lot. The calls have been very helpful, practical, and much easier to understand. I use Expandi.io to grow my business by managing complex LinkedIn campaigns. It helps turn cold calling into warm calls, allowing me to create and manage campaigns with intent signals, content engagement, and prospect CSV files. I really like the automated follow-up feature with those who engage with my content and view my profile. Without Expandi.io, I'd have to scroll through hundreds of DMs, which is very cumbersome. I would like to see an aggregated view of individual campaign limits and how they add up to the global limits per various categories. A campaign level blacklist feature and the ability to use a template that initiates with a signal would be nice to have. There's a workaround for this, but it's something I'd appreciate. I really like that Expandi.io ensures safe LinkedIn outreach by avoiding flags, which is crucial when using a single LinkedIn account. It's very reliable and doesn't glitch much. The support team is very active and has fast response times. Expandi.io helps me reach out to the right people and book meetings with relevant, qualified prospects. The follow-up features are really good because it goes beyond message-based follow-ups, doing activities like liking or commenting on prospects' posts. The analytics are really interesting and help me figure out what's working and what isn't, and it adjusts accordingly. I really appreciate how Expandi.io automates a lot of the manual tasks I used to do on my sales navigator. My representative, Joram, has been incredibly helpful in building tighter campaigns and implementing the Claude MCP, which is really exciting for me. It's streamlined my process by building lists in the background, so I no longer have to manually input information. Joram's support has expanded my understanding of Expandi.io's capabilities, especially how it serves me with better sales copy and responses, leading to a much better return on my investment. My call with Neville Achare Ebai, Expandi has been great, but so far Neville has been the best part of Expandi, in my honest opinion. I'm not a beginner level, I have about 10-12 months of using Expandi previously, but I always had a feeling that I wasn't maximizing this resource. Neville kindly and tactfully confirmed my suspicions while 10x'ing the value I will get out ofhis resources, and he did it all in under 30 min, less the amount of time I spoke. He's a top tier guy, part of me hopes he is identified for promotion, but the selfish side of me hopes he never leaves that spot for as long as I require support on this platform! ;) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only negative experience I've had was a result of me migrating to a new email domain and not orchestrating a proper handoff on the backend of my Expandi account, not your fault.

What I loved most about Expandi is the depth of features, it gives you so many ways to personalize outreach and build meaningful connections, not just automate messages. The flexibility and control really set it apart.

But what truly made the experience exceptional was Neville Achare Ebai. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure I fully understood how to use the platform effectively. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail are incredible.

I found the initial setup of Expandi.io to be easy. Their support responded in time when needed. But stopped responding when our account got restricted by LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Within one and a half months of usage, our account got restricted by LinkedIn. Automation is not allowed by LinkedIn and Expandi.io does exactly that, which resulted in our account being removed with 1400 plus connections. We paid $99 per month for two months and in the mid of the second month, the account got restricted. Their support responded in time, but when we asked for a refund, they stopped answering. Now I will never use any LinkedIn automation tool, neither will I recommend it. Nothing worked; in fact, we lost our LinkedIn account. LinkedIn is smart, if you use automation, it will pick up on it. It's the most mature tool I've used, and I feel safe posting because it helps ensure LinkedIn doesn't block me. I also appreciate that they didn't charge me for unused service, which is quite rare for SaaS services. It's also cool that I can use one premium LinkedIn account for multiple users, saving money.
