Jackie has been phenomenal over the last couple of years. I am not tech-savvy, and she has spent her time helping me learn all the systems with Exercise.com. What do you like best about Exercise?

Versatile and easy-to-use software. Makes it easy to manage operations as well as program effectively and accept payment from my personal training clients.

In addition to these features, the team is always responsive and incredibly helpful. Everything from customizing our platform to assisting with images to use for our social posts has been addressed in a very positive way. I've worked very closely with Alyssa Mills, and she has gone above and beyond for my requests on multiple occasions.

What do you dislike about Exercise?

To this point, I have not had any negative experiences with Exercise.com. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Exercise solving and how is that benefiting you?

With a rather unique business model, the Exercise.com platform has allowed us to check all of the boxes that we need to make our business model effective and profitable. We are able to generate our revenue by renting private training studios out to other professional trainers, bill them directly through the platform, and extend to them the benefits of using the platform as a trainer (programming, assessments, payment processing, etc). I realize that we needed a rather comprehensive software to allow us to do this and Exercise.com was it! To make it even better, they put in plenty of work to modify whatever pieces needed to be adjusted specifically for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Exercise?

What do you dislike about Exercise?

Customer service has gotten way relaxed over the past year. Last year I would get responses within hours and this month I didn't get a response for an August 1 billing issue until August 10.

I had to update my CC for my annual charge and received multiple emails saying I didn't update it/it couldn't be billed after updating my CC 3-4 times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Exercise?

Exercise.com's customer service is truly the best. I help run customer service through an APP created by exercise.com and I talk to their customer service on a daily basis. They are quick to respond, attentive to details, walk me through the back end of the APP/ Portal and contact our personal customers to ensure they are taken care of. What do you like best about Exercise?

The client user interface is clean and intuitive. We are able to do everything on one platform vs using various systems for scheduling, workout programming, etc. In addition, exercise.com has integrations already in place with kisi, a keyless door system we are using. Every feature and functionality we would want was already in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exercise?

Because exercise.com is so customizable, I have to enter in all of our automations for emails vs using a preset template. That being said, I will gladly trade that for the customization capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Exercise?

I am blown away by the customer service during the initial app development phase. I expected it to take more time to get my app finalized. However, Sage and Jackie have worked with their team to help get it approved by Apple. It has been such a positive experience. What do you like best about Exercise?

This is a great alternative to having an app built from scratch and investing multiple 5 figures.

They got me up and running quickly and were very receptive to any changes that I wanted made (short of adding specialty one-off custom features that required significant development).

I've been working primarily with Alyssa who's customer service is exemplary. She's responsive, detail-oriented, and is good at strategizing solutions to make the app function best for my clients.
