Who is Exercise pricing best suited for?

Exercise.com's pricing is best suited for small fitness businesses, independent personal trainers, gym owners, and online coaching brands in the health, wellness, and fitness industry. G2 reviewers are overwhelmingly from small businesses with 50 or fewer employees operating gyms, performance clinics, sports training facilities, and online coaching brands. The custom-quote model accommodates solo coaches building white-labeled apps as well as multi-location gym operators needing billing automation, door-access integrations, and team management. G2 reviews also show adoption from biotechnology and hospital health care segments using Exercise.com for HIPAA-compliant program delivery, indicating flexibility beyond traditional gym management use cases.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Exercise?

Exercise.com offers no free tier or publicly listed pricing tiers. According to G2's pricing data for Exercise.com, access is provided exclusively through custom enterprise quotes. G2 reviewers do not reference any free version or trial period. Exercise.com's pricing structure delivers a fully white-labeled, all-in-one platform covering billing, scheduling, workout programming, branded mobile app development, client management, and integrations from the entry point. Prospective buyers must engage Exercise.com's sales team directly to obtain pricing. This custom-quote model means feature access and cost scale with business complexity rather than through self-serve tier selection.

Is Exercise considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Exercise.com's pricing consistently signal a premium-tier investment that delivers strong returns for fitness businesses. Multiple reviewers explicitly acknowledge high cost while maintaining top ratings, with phrases like 'it is worth every penny' and 'a big investment but I believe it is worth it.' The all-in-one consolidation of billing, scheduling, programming, branded app, and client management eliminates multiple separate software subscriptions, which G2 users cite as a core value driver. Dedicated customer success managers are frequently praised as exceptional value-adds. Occasional complaints about steep learning curves and support response times represent the primary trade-offs at Exercise.com's price point.

What do you like best about Exercise?

I love how Exercise.com provides everything I need for my business. The platform’s comprehensive features are invaluable for running my gyms efficiently. I particularly value the payment processing system, which simplifies our financial operations, allowing us to easily track EFTs and sales. Additionally, the programming tools enhance our ability to create a better experience for our clients, aligning perfectly with our service goals. The ease of setup was also impressive, thanks to the support from Jackie, which made the transition to Exercise.com smooth and hassle-free. She is the reason why we are with Exercise till today Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exercise?

I find the training app on Exercise.com lacking compared to competitors like TrainHeroic. It doesn’t offer features such as immediately seeing what was left out in the prior week and lacks ease of features that would allow for more efficient online training. If Exercise.com could improve in these areas, it would greatly enhance our ability to sell more online and align with practices common among online trainers. "Its all sales pitch"

What do you like best about Exercise?

it had a lot of potential but is more costly than comparative plans and they lock you in to a very high price, customer support is slow and unhelpful. They are extremely sales-pitch and do not reveal all the catches until you are already in the contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Exercise?

Way to much set-up for the price point. You can get an easier set up with better features at a much cheaper price point. The worst part is their sales tactics though. They do not reveal all the negatives of their product until you've already signed a contract and then they don't let you cancel. Ridiculous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
