It would have been nice to have step-by-step documentation to walk me through upgrading Exclaimer. This would have prevented me from needed to contact your support staff for assistance.

Customer Services is fantastic! We had teething problems and were helped immediately. The technician responded quickly, and worked with us to resolve the issue. The scripts that ran on Office 365 Exchange Server automatically were so intuitive. So no real technical skill required. I intend to recommend to everyone I know that it could be relevant for.

Size limit (125kb) for images is too small. Other than that, there is nothing really wrong and I don't see why I need to just write words saying things that I dislike when in truth I don't really dislike anything. I haven't been using the software for long but I think I shall be using it much more, and intend to recommend to everyone I know that it could be relevant for. I don't like the old user experience; the new one is so much nicer, and I would like to have this as default.

We were unable to add signatures from iOS. Now, we can! Furthermore, every time I wanted to change signatures, I had to get every staff member to do it themselves. Now, however, I can do it myself from a central location, which ensures the signatures are consistent across the board. For example, when we changed our fax number, I no longer have to annoy people by persuading them to bother to actually change their signatures. Now I can do it myself! I can also use the system to add advertisements as required when we want to run a campaign, which we haven't done before because we didn't have the resources.

The signatures look clean and uniform and it's one less thing to stress about when it comes to making sure all employees are compliant with their sigs.

The signature not showing up in the body of the email before sending took some getting used to. Now that we are used to it, there really is nothing that I dislike.

I highly recommend Exclaimer to any company that wants to take their communications to a more professional level. I really like the way the software integrates with Active Directory, I know when I make an update to an individuals information it automatically populates in their signature. Our marketing department was very pleased that we could match our corporate colors.

All employees have uniform signatures which makes our company emails look as professional as they should.

This saves us so much time and makes sure that all employees have the same company look to their emails. We handle many clients in one portal to offer a uniform look to emails.

We are able to control signatures for users so they all look the same.

Ease of implementation, integration with MS Exchange, professional application, support and services. The feature I like the most is the sent items update service which was one of the biggest requirements for our organization. The ease of obtaining and implementing licenses is great. The support services I have received from Exclaimer were above par most of the time. Their chat services are good for obtaining correct product information and their technical support via email and phone are also as good most of the time.

Design application needs a bit of attention. Incorporating web designs and mesh picture links would be great. In our first implementation, we faced slowness in the operations of the application which was solved when we upgraded our servers to use SSD disks. Another issue I faced initially was the Sent items update service which took a little bit of time but later it was also gotton better when Exclaimer support suggested me to make some changes in the active directory. There is also a lack of built in graphics which we can use to design the signatures. We have to import icons like social media to get a color scheme we use.

Exclaimer is a recommended product and vendor for your on-prem and cloud solution as they cater most of the requirements in this particular domain. They also have professional design services for the signatures.

Centralized Signatures for the organization. Adding upcoming products to the signatures. We had issues with scattered designs of the signatures used by different employees without using any common theme or color scheme which was solved when we implemented the Exchange edition of Exclaimer.

Ensure everyone has accurate custom info links, appropriate compliance disclaimers, fun holiday banners, it's a pleasure to use for the most part.

Make it easier to make temporary changes (holiday edits) so a specific signature will snap back to the default version at a certain time. As of now, we have to duplicate the signature and create a new holiday version. It adds another step.

Saving hours of time without needing to work on each computer separately.

Having a standard and consistent email signature across the organization is a great solution. Exclaimer Cloud also affixes the signature on mobile devices and webmail with the Office 365 integration.

Signature design is a little complicated

It's a superior product, support is great, including assistance with design.

We have a department that needs to use signatures for each company they represent. They have to manage those in Outlook which too often results in non-standard signatures.
