The downside means that some users are slightly put off with being unable to manage their own signatures. However, this does mean that there is consistency across the organization.

We wanted a centralised solution to controlling multiple entities signatures. Exclaimer allows us to brand all emails as appropriate and ensure everyone is using corporate branding.

Previously we had to manage email signatures individually on every device. Exclaimer makes it easy to insert a consistent in a scalable manner.

The HTML editor is comprehensive and easy to use. The ability to test the rules instantly is very handy.

There are a lot of options with how you want email routed. For instance, we do not add signatures to internal email. only external emails.

Customer support has been great and always provide timely help when i needed it.

Synchronizing of custom attributes from Exchange seems to break and I have to go in and reauthenticate from time to time.

Since mail is being routed through a signature stamping engine, downtime would affect mail flow and thus adds an additional break point.

If you are adding Exclaimer to Microsoft 365 make sure you understand how mail routing works. Microsoft has come out with "cloud signatures" but you still have to set them up on a per user basis and it does not pull the information from AzureAD.

The time-consuming job of manually updating signatures on all devices sending email is eliminated. Also, we are able to add clean, HTML signatures to iPhones.

We are able to centralize our data in AzureAD and synchronize it with Exclaimer. Thereby reducing the places where data needs to be updated.
