We use multiple signatures in our office and not all similar signatures are exactly the same. Exclaimer has been able to manage our requests seemlessly! Even the ability to add links to ShareFile and our calendars is has simpified our processes!

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

It would automatically update for any relevant changes required

There were certain internet/connectivity issues but I don't necessarily think that was the software's fault

"Produce beautiful email footers without a need for a graphics designer"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

General ease of use. Once set up, everything simply works. Many pre-designed templates are available, so even if you aren't a graphic designer, you can still produce a clean, professional-looking email footer.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

You cannot make use of HTML code to adjust your design. Also, I think the legacy user interface looked nicer. The new one reminds me of 2000's web pages. The UI does not load all users. The majority has to be searched for when edited.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a tightly regulated business, we must ensure all required legal information is provided on all outbound emails we send. The disclaimer field in the signature does precisely that.

"Great Signature Manager"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

It's very easy to set up from at IT standpoint and then you can hand it off to your marketing department to manage it.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Creating the templates can be challenging but Exclaimer support is amazing and very helpful!

Exclaimer unifies our signatures no matter what device you are sending from.

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

That everything signature related can be dealt with in one spot, changes and updates made but you don't have to rely on each member of the team to then update their own!

nothing that I've come across so far, it's ticking all the boxes that we need.

The most significant benefit is ensuring we have a consistent look and feel of signatures and branding across the business, and nobody in the team is bothered with the admin.
