What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Easy to use designer, automated integration processes to make syncing with MS 365 super convenient. and great support when in need of assistance.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Nothing to dislike, whenever something does not appear to be correct, support is excellent in assisting with a resolution.

Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:

Exclaimer has been a no-brainer for signature management across all users within our Active Directory environment.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

No more individual user's having non-standard signatures throughout the company. Everyone seemed to have some sort of twist on their signature, image, etc. creating no sense of standardization. Exclaimer has made it a breeze to standardize on the same signature for all users.

"Easy automated signatures for Outlook"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Exclaimer makes the process of automating Outlook signatures across the agency easy. It integrates with AD/Office 365 and can pull from the fields there. It also allows for easy customization and assignment of signatures based on group.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

I'm very pleased with this at this point. We've been using it for about 4 months. It would be nice for the local agent install to not require users to enter their email and password, but that's not a big deal.

Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:

The setup process is automated (especially if you use 365), but you have to read the guide to get it working. Don't take shortcuts!

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping signatures consistent for our organization is important. We want to ensure that the appropriate information (and disclaimers) are applied to each one. This system allows us to do that.
