"Exclaimer Review"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Support has been excellent, responsive and proactive in outreach, aside from being an excellent product that has been easy to set up and deploy. Certainly a more cost-effective solution than some of its competitors, and we have felt valued even though we are not a big customer.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

I honestly haven't encountered anything I dislike up to now.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Exclaimer has removed the inconsistencies in email signatures across our organization. It has also allowed us to tailor signatures to reflect campaigns and target customers, internal and external.

"Simple Solution to a common problem"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

The signature editor is very easy to use. I especially appreciate that you don't have to understand HTML to get nice-looking signatures. Also, the flexibility for using different signatures for occasional special needs it very handy.

Their customer support is exemplary and have always been very responsive when we've needed help.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

We do not use anywhere near all the features available. We really have no complaints whatsoever with the product based upon our limited use. The only problem is I wish there wasn't the five hour time difference! ;)

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we found Exclaimer it was very difficult to keep a standardized look for email signatures across the company. Exclaimer has made it much easier for us to manage these.

"Exclaimer has been a great resource!"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Exclaimer has been a great resource to easily add signatures to our emails. It has worked great with all our google accounts.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

My only downside is that the order you place signatures in your portal matters and there is nothing in there that informs you of this.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclaimer has taken care of all my issues.

"6+ yrs of ease and hassle free centralized signature!"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Glad to use exclaimer on-prem version as well as exclaimer cloud. Simplicity and reliable product. Importantly, quick support turnaround time.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

1. Dual-Signature (English and Arabic) complexity in AD fields. Problematic.

2. Unlike on-prem Exclaimer version, Exclaimer cloud doesn't have the feature to centralize stationary and fonts for outlook client.

(the stationery and font setting needs to be manually done for ' new mail messages, replying or forwarding messages and composing and reading plain text messages' )

Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:

Simplicity, Reliable, Centralized and hassle free!

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralized signature works well. Cloud version is much simpler than Exclaimer on-prem version. Exclaimer support helped us to resolve a lot of concerns and issues raised by us then and there with quick turnaround time. Existing signature templates were converted to cloud version template and works well with Outlook clients, OWA and mobile devices.

"Great quality of service!"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Exclaimer was a great overall experience for our onboarding, installation to servers, configuring, creating templates, putting rules and basically everything that needs to be done. We have been very demanding -to say the least- and Exclaimer were with us every step of the way helping and guiding on what we can do to better utilize the "Exclaimer Signature Manager - Exchange Edition". And we're happy to have used their service. We've now implemented a unified signature across our entire organization, with specific custom signatures for a few key employees\AD groups. The solution is very adaptable and works very well doing what it needs to do. The UI is also quite understandable and intuitive, easily manageable and configurable with only a few changes from default.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

There's nothing much to dislike, really. there were a few issues regarding accessibility but that was mostly regarding our environment and was fixed super fast with Exclaimer's support.

Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:

If you're looking for a signature manager, then really consider this as an option. We have easily and quite reliably implemented the unified signature with no issues and quite fast as well.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're solving more of "Corporate Identity" problems. As in we're unifying people's signatures and centralizing brand management to a single department instead of leaving it for chance. We've also incorporated important information into our external e-mails which helps to guideline our customers easily and efficiently. It has reduced user's communications regarding multiple items as they're readily available for them now.

"Exclaimer Cloud Review"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Ease of use and set up is straightforward, linking to Office 365 etc..

Signatures easy to set up.

Easy to push out to all or selected staff.

Outlook app assists staff with using signature for adding into third party apps.

Signature tester onscreen helps to see live what changes you made, you can use active users (synced with Office 365) to see the exact signature they will get.

Ability to display certain fields when certain conditions are met.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Interface is a bit clunky to use but I believe a new interface is coming.

Had some issues with adding additional editors but Exclaimer support assisted in resolving this.

Exclaimer app for Outlook can be a little temperamental with syncing signatures and staying logged in.

App can also be a little frustrting to deploy when using via Group Policy.

Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:

If you are looking for a cloud service for you signatures, Exclaimer could work for you.

It is easy to use and signatures can be set up exactly how you want and deploy to exactly who you want.

Splitting sites and or companies is easy.

Allowing different users editor access to adjust certain signatures as required.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Standardised signatures across staff and sites.

Easy update of signatures if and when required.

Mobile devices displaying a standard signature that matches cloud, Outlook etc.

After a recent global rebranding, changes were fairly straight forward and simple to deploy.

"Great, easy to use product, with good Microsoft integration."

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

The Microsoft integration seems to work very well, from log in stage to directly updating each users email sign off's.

The various templates look good and seem to be very easy to use and amend.

The Exclaimer / Azure integration seems to work very well and will allow me to roll out to all members of staff / groups of users or individual users.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

I have noticed occasional time outs when but I understand this may be for security reasons so would prefer the security over the convenience.

Changes made that need to be pulled through from Azure can take up to 12 hours to propagate, which is a little bit of a pain, however, I have found that you go into settings and push the changes through manually.

Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:

When creating your templates make sure that you save regularly as periods of inactivity can log you out.

Any problems contact support, they are great!

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our users having non standard email sign off's and broken hyperlinks does not look very professional so I am glad that Exclaimer can fix this.

I have found it difficult in the past to roll out changes to our email signatures to all users in the past but think this issue will now be fixed.

It is good to be able to have technical support and I have even been given a few design tips from Exclaimer as well.

"The best in class"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

How easy it is to centrally manage all of my corporations signatures

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

I wish you could centrally update all instances of exclamer exchange edition instead of having to update each one individually

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are saving hours of time from 150 employees having to go into there outlook every month and update signatures

"Signatures made easy."

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Ease of use and functionality. Creating a signature in their template design is very easy and pretty much builds itself. We were able to create signatures for our separate departments and have them up and running in no time.

Their customer support has been very helpful when I've had questions, response time varied but it was never a very long wait. The support team is very capable and understanding of my questions as well.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The Exclaimer tool which displays the signature while composing a message use to be a bit clunky, since updating it's been working much better, I think it will continue to get better as well.

There hasn't been any other dislikes that I've come across while using this vendor, and we've been using them for over 2 years I believe.

Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:

Went with Exclaimer as they offered features that Code Two did not. Their Demo was far better and they also had competitive pricing so we're happy with our decision, you probably would be too.

I would recommend asking for a trial period before you commit, you can set it up fully and decide from there.

They will also help you build your signature design, don't be afraid to ask for help.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralizing management for our email signatures. Being able to make changes that affect the entire company without having to "one touch" each employee takes the cake.

This makes compliance issues of people doing whatever they want completely go away.
