It is easy to manage signatures in a larger company where there are many teams and sub teams with different requirements.

It also enables control of the brand - to ensure that there is consistency and recognition of the brand.

There are features that I think perhaps I don't make the most of- but this is perhaps my fault as I haven't had the time to fully explore in depth and play around with new elements.

I really like that Exclaimer is super easy to use once it is set up with our active directory. The process of inputting information is straightforward, and it effortlessly flows into each employee's email signature. The system is user-friendly when it comes to updating information. If I need to change out a logo or add a seasonal message, like a Christmas greeting, on the email signature, it's incredibly simple to do so. I appreciate this level of ease and customization that Exclaimer provides.

I love how easy it is to add signatures for users. The implementation was great. It took about one week to figure everything out. We use it every day. It integrates with office 365 and works in the backend. Customer support was good. We had an ongoing issue but it was escalated promptly and got taken care of.

It was not as straight forward to getting the signature format correctly to display across all devices. We had to do a bit of formatting.

The ease of use is a massive asset. It can be setup by one person, but another person can take over very quickly. I had it setup in about five minutes and then we were off and running.

There really is not a downside to Exclaimer.

We have setup standard signatures for our company and all emails are easily recognizable as coming from our company.

I also love having Holiday signatures to alert recipients as to the upcoming schedules.

Knowing that every email, whether from a users computer or phone, will have the correct branding and legal disclosures.

It took a while to get used to the UI for creating the email signatures.

Our account rep is fantastic, always quick to respond and through with any answers to questions that I may have. The template design team is also great at taking what our marketing department visualizes and turning it into a great email signature.

The least helpful thing about Exclaimer is I feel their knowledge base questions. There needs to be a better way to search through, and there needs to be more answers within. Though, this is a nitpick and a stretch on my part as there is a minimum character limit.
