"Consistent, Professional Signatures with Zero Effort"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

I like how simple it makes signature management. We can roll out consistent, professional signatures across the entire company without chasing anyone or worrying about formatting. Changes take minutes, not hours, and the branding stays clean every time. It removes the friction completely.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Honestly there isn’t much to dislike. If anything, some of the advanced options take a moment to find the first time, but once you get used to the layout it’s smooth. The core experience is solid and reliable.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclaimer solves the headache of inconsistent email signatures across the company. Before, we spent time fixing formats, chasing updates, and dealing with mismatched branding. Now everything is centralized. We update once and everyone is instantly aligned. It keeps our communications clean, professional, and on brand with almost no effort from the team.

"Effortless Setup and Powerful Signature Management for Small Businesses"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Exclaimer is easy to set up, yet it offers impressive power and flexibility, making it possible to implement enterprise-grade signatures even for small businesses.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

When transitioning from the trial version, which offers full features, to one of the limited plans, some settings that are necessary for use may be removed. Although support responded quickly and was helpful in resolving this matter, it still creates a minor inconvenience during the onboarding process.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclaimer enables us to maintain consistent email signatures throughout our organization, eliminating the need for each user to manage their own signature and reducing the risk of errors or unauthorized changes.

"Seamless Azure Sync and Effortless Signature Management"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

What I appreciated most was the seamless synchronization with Azure, as Exchange integrates flawlessly to automatically populate dynamic fields and keep the signature updated. Additionally, I found it valuable that the platform allows signature management to be handled independently from user scope and Exchange policies. This separation was particularly beneficial to me.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Currently, what I didn't like was the internal response, as it requires further adjustment. Additionally, I found the implementation to be very complex.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

If we make good use of IF time management, and the brand remains consistent while providing guarantees of protection and legal compliance, this leads to a measurable reduction in risk. As a result, the project presents a professional and organized image, which we greatly value.

"Effortless Signature Management and Seamless Integration"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

The facility with which new signatures can be added, modified, assigned or restricted for certain users.

The way it integrates with both Microsoft and Google without the need of excessive administrative access makes deployment fast and easy.

Support is SUPER responsive and always takes time to understand the issue before just giving a generic solution.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The preview version vs the real deployment varies a bit.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

The way we use signatures both default and personalized. We are benefiting from one solution for all our users.

"Wide Signature Management"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Exclaimer makes it really easy to keep our signatures consistent across the whole company. Once the template is built, updates are handled centrally, which saves a lot of time and removes the risk of users editing their own signatures.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The UI can feel a bit limited at times, especially when trying to lock elements or handle more advanced formatting.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclaimer solves the problem of inconsistent email signatures across the company. Before using it, signatures varied depending on the user, which caused branding issues, outdated details, and compliance risks.

"Corporate Email Signature Management Made Easy!"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Exclaimer has made deploying and managing employee email signatures very easy. We previously struggled with updating email signatures across laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, but Exclaimer handles this automatically with ease. We integrated Exclaimer with our email system, created email templates, and deployed signatures to our employees within the same day. We got assistance from the customer support team to create our signature templates based on our existing signatures which eased the transition time. All signatures from our employees are now consistent and branded as expected for every email. Highly recommend.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The admin UI is a bit clunky to navigate and find what you need, Exclaimer has made a handful of updates to the UI recently which hasn't helped. Editing and saving signature templates is also a bit unintuitive - I'm never quite sure if I have saved my changes or not.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had issues with maintaining consistent signatures for our employees and required individuals to make updates manually. This never went well and we always had some people that were difficult to work with. Exclaimer has completely solved this issue - signatures are managed centrally and then appended automatically on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. We can deploy updates or changes on the backend without any employee manual intervention.

"Email signatures without the headaches"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Easy to setup, manage and allows for different parts of the business to have different signatures. On the rare occasions I've contacted customer service they've helped me trouble shoot issues - which have invariably been my fault. We use it for all parts of the business for all outgoing email and it works seamlessly. as the business grows are licenses are automatically expanded which saves having to remember to add licenses.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

No issues in the several years we've been using the product.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Consistent signatures across the business. Ability to add promotions to signatures without having to ask users to update. Central command of the estate.

"User friendly and Compliant Email Signature"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

We have been using exclaimer for more than 8 years now and by far the best email signature platform I have used. The user-friendliness of the tool for customizing signatures, adding designs, managing users is super easy. Having it integrated with Google Workspace also made it even easier.

The email signature worked like a charm when sending via mobile as well.

I also love their support team. the tickets get resolved fairly quickly regardless of your timezone

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

It would be great if they have a chat functionality for support. It would have been a quicker fix when just trying to find out how to do simple things

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exclaimer solves our compliance issue when jt comes to email signature. It makes every user not be able to put their own title or any additional links to their signature
