"The solution is easy to use, integrates well with Office 365 and provides prebuilt template"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

The support from the Exclaimer team is top-notch, offering a free trial and implementation/post-implementation support. The Support is also patient and well knowledgeable.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

So far, so good. I have not experienced any downside with using exclaimer. The tool integrates well with Office 365 which my organization uses, making it fit for purpose.

Recommendations to others considering Exclaimer:

You can conveniently choose Exclaimer knowing that the ease of setup, and administration is second to none.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

To have a centralized deployment and management of email signature across the organization for uniformity, ease of deployment, promotional and marketing tips, and more. The exclaimer signature also addressed a branding concern with sending mails out of our domain.

"Best Server Signatures for Outlook 365"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

The signature is self contained including the disclaimer. No more do you send emails that have disclaimer after disclaimer added at the bottom of the email.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Users cannot preview the signatures. We tell people to just email themselves. We use subject line trigger words, eg (nosig), but very few people use that feature as it’s not just there in the UI.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Each mobile phone message looks just as professional as if it came from the desktop.

Everyone gets a consistent look, accurate phone and title within all their signatures.

"Very helpful tool"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

With Exclaimer, it is very easy to set up a workflow for signatures without having to hassle all my colleagues. When you need to make a company-wide change, you can do so in minutes, perfect in pressure situations. Very easy to implement and start using. We use this a lot.

Also, we see that in cases of new employees, this helps tremendously.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

More insight into the cost structure should be better.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

All of our email signatures

"Easy to use, looks great, dynamic, makes life easier"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Great way to standardize signatures for branding and compliance, and removes the need for employees to manage their own signatures, for Compliance to approve them, for Marketing to approve them, for Technology to teach people how to do it, and for our MSP to have to write scripts to handle our many disclosures. That's a lot of people who don't have to worry about signatures anymore.

It was easy to set up, easy drag & drop interface, easy to deploy, and the results are slick and dynamic. I love how the signature changes as you change your recipients. It took one 40-minute call to set up and connect to Exchange. And it's a great cost too. We should have gotten this years ago.

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

We had a few-day blip early in our onboarding with the Outlook add-in. We're still new enough that I'm not sure if I should be worried or not, but I suspect I could have remedied the issue myself earlier in the process. I also think Exclaimer could have been more proactive in communications, but Support was very responsive, so I appreciate that.

Regardless, if that's the only issue, then we can deal with it. The benefits outweigh that issue.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Signatures matter for branding and regulatory reasons. There were a lot of people involved in managing manual signatures, and Exclaimer eliminated all of that brain damage in one fell swoop.

"Great service and product"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

Easiness to manage and deploy in a work environment - for signatures

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

Not too many options for adopting pronouns straight up from 365. Current alternatives involve more complicated steps through Azure csv files import, etc

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Importing pronouns from 365 onto signatures

"so far it's been a good experience"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

I like the fact, that it's not hard to use. Anyone who has access, can edit and add new employees easily. And I appreciate that someone was able to schedule some training for me when I requested it

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

The sender not being able to see their signature, when they are sending out a message. If there's an error in the signature, the email will be sent with that error and not until someone else sees it, it won't be corrected. If possible have a way for the sender to have that signature show when they send emails.

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

So far I'm not sure because I just started using it as an admin, I hope when I see a few problems on my end that it will be made a priority or at least think about making a change to make the platform better for users. One thing so far is to make the senders able to see signature prior to sending the email and I do hope that is being solved.

"My UX setting up SME Exclaimer"

What do you like best about Exclaimer?

pricing modules with power ups make it easier to have internal approval initially; dashboard per signature simple, fast response times from customer services with support tickets

What do you dislike about Exclaimer?

SME's with smaller users are probably your worst clients as we also lack a full time IT person to perform the initial set up; I would like the option to pay a one off set up fee and have someone remote in to add the office 365 admin centre to exclaimer

What problems is Exclaimer solving and how is that benefiting you?

a) branding where email ID users will not manage own signatures manually

b) compliance management of disclaimers as a regulated financial services provider

it should help with the SFC audit we expect this year
