What do you dislike about ExcelDent?

What problems is ExcelDent solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am not using it for my business--- I just know that dentists use it as I often help my nephew at his clinic, so being a curious learner, I asked how they keep track of patients -- and he mentioned to me that they use ExcelDent.
