I do a lot of cold email marketing and it is nice not having to worry about negative and not interested responses. I can focus solely on those people who want what I am selling. I've also had a lot of success in using it to reach out to past prospects who were on the fence and reactivating them. The types of outreach you can do is pretty amazing. Also, it has a lot of integrations. I connect ActiveCampaign with it and utilize automation to have the AI virtual assistant reach out to customers and prospects based on their actions. There's been a few annoying bugs here and there but they are fixed as soon as I reach out to support. One issue that I ran into is that when you are setting up qualification questions if you mess up, you can undo it and need support. Recommendations to others considering Exceed.ai: Exceed is great if you already have a proven system for lead generation or lead nurturing. You essentially clone what you already have and put some powerful AI behind it. If you have a working system, this will make it better. If not, and you think AI will save you, it won't. Even with a team of SDRs they'll miss some potential prospects, forget to reach back out, and mis-schedule appointments. Exceed automates that whole process.
