If there are many many files, you can find it tedious. The one overriding factor that pushed us to their solution was that they had a very reasonably priced plan for unlimited users. That plan got pulled just about one year after we initially enrolled. If they are going to make such a huge change, they could at the very least grandfather the existing accounts.
