What do you dislike about Exactly?

1. User setup is bit complex compared other new tools in market, where you can complete all user setup just in one line and creating versionof same whenever required. In xactly need to toggle in multiple windows to complete the setup.

2. Report configuration is bit difficult in analytics. If it is user restricted then it takes lot of time to refresh report.

3. Calculation at individual rep level is imposible also sequencing matter lot.

4. Statement view is very details which sometime confuses the sales rep what to view and how to view. May be good implemention required specific to customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
