What do you like best about ExactBuyer?

ExactBuyer has been a game changer for us from a demand gen perspective, and it's only been 2 weeks! The ability to identify the right companies has been a constant challenge for us, despite using Crunchbase and Zoominfo, but ExactBuyer's dataset has solved that issue. What do you dislike about ExactBuyer?

What problems is ExactBuyer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Providing my sales and marketing team with highly target contact data, to increase our opportunity pipeline and marketing efforts. Most tools on the market are incredibly expensive and lack quality data, but ExactBuyer has been a huge helping hand in ensuring we are using the tool correctly and pulling down quality data. What do you like best about ExactBuyer?

I got expert help to solve my specific problems and not just data thrown at me. Being in the industry for over a decade, I experimented with many lead generation tools and prospecting tools - with most I felt that I had to be an expert on what data to extract, how to extract it and how to best use it - shotgun approach.

Exact buyers guided me through the process, challenged my assumptions (and proved 2 of them wrong using my own data). I felt that I was in good expert hands from our first call and they maintained that level of satisfaction throughout the entire process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExactBuyer?

I am pretty impatient, so I would have liked to see a quicker turnaround. That said, I get that they offered me a custom solution, based on my specific needs... so it makes sense that it took a couple days longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ExactBuyer:

If you are looking for 100% self-serve, commoditized lead data at the cheapest cost possible, then ExactBuyer is probably not for you.

If you are looking for a more hands-on consultative, custom solution for your business, then it is. Their processes are streamlined but the "hands-on" has more with them helping figure out the right solution for your business needs. What problems is ExactBuyer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Find more qualified buyers for my business. They helped me define my ideal client attributes (leveraging my current list) and find new prospects that are most likely to become customers...

I'm two weeks in and already acquired three new paying clients. Given that I usually average 1.5 clients per month, I'd say that it's a pretty great start! The match rates and responses are much better and so I spend more time in correspondence vs research or waiting for a response from my marketing efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
