**What do you like best about Helix?**

Very easy to navigate and understand even for beginners with 0 training<br>Its backend is strong and efficient<br>Faster compared to other similar softwares

**What do you dislike about Helix?**

Sometimes it is very slow and lots of bugs<br>They can make it better and more user friendly<br>They can provide more online training videos on how to use it<br>There are many concepts which are unclear and training would make it much more easier and efficient to use

**What problems is Helix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to find the profiles I need to work on. Our company whole system basically works on helix.<br>It meets the requirements of our company to work on efficiently<br>It helps to work efficiently under company regulations<br>It helps to manage, create and prioritize tasks accordingly
