**What do you like best about Helix?**

Very easy to navigate and understand even for beginners with 0 training
Its backend is strong and efficient 
Faster compared to other similar softwares

**What do you dislike about Helix?**

Sometimes it is very slow and lots of bugs
They can make it better and more user friendly
They can provide more online training videos on how to use it
There are many concepts which are unclear and training would make it much more easier and efficient to use

**What problems is Helix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to find the profiles i need to work on. Our company whole system basically works on helix.
It meets the requirements of our company to work on efficiently
It helps to work efficiently under company regulations
It helps to manage,create and prioritize tasks accordingly
