The UI has been relatively easy to use on the admin end. Over the last year, we have move almost all of our training development to Evolve and plan to go all in with the rest. Evolve offers numerous possibilities for making e-learning more interesting and interactive. It is relatively easy to learn and fun to implement and design courses. The interface can be customised to match the corporate design and regular updates mean that improvements are constantly being made. The integration into our e-learning site, which is based on Totara, works without any problems. We also use the offline learning packages and incorporate them into presentations, for example.

For a particular project, we were looking for an authoring tool which looked easy to use and to produce good results in a restricted time. We definately got that through Evolve and much more. What we produced in that first project and since have exceeded our expectations.

I use Evolve daily. Evolve helps me create courses that look sharp. The components features ensure a good level of responsiveness to different screen dimensions and formats; the layout is easy to control once you get a good grasp of the Theme and Article Styles. Some of the features look like they were created once and left untouched since then, like quiz game, infographic, demos, etc. They are advanced components and should have more properties and settings available for our control.

Also, on a basic level, Evolve doesn't really allow us to have a good control over simple components. For example, if I need to use a table of contents, it is difficult to adjust the size of the columns and rows, their placement in the layout, change colors in each field/section, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Evolve authoring started as a great idea with a long roadmap. But even at this early stage it was better than the big guns on the market.

The road map was brilliantly executed and always took into account the feedback from it's users.
