We got lots of advice and help, they are always at the end of a phone or email. Getting the information into the events app was straightforward, and keeping it up to date as the programme changed was easy too, even on the day. Also it is challenging to work with a bigger duest list in terms of filtering of information using the guest list dashboard.There were many new features presented via info emails but these are still not present in the tool, so I am not able to use it. I only use and need a small part of its total capability. **What do you dislike about Eventogy?** Tiny niggle, report downloads a little slow in comparison to rest of platform but not painfully so. They also always gave me new tricks or ways of working which was exactly what I needed, even when I expected my request would be impossible. The support team were the main reason I wrote this review. And on the whole it was really easy to use. **What do you dislike about Eventogy?** Not much. I'd like to see more visual prompts that tell me where things are or help me before I need to ask. There were a few times I have asked the support team something and they have told me where to go, but I probably wouldn't have found it otherwise. This is a minor gripe as it was usually possible and was more of a knowledge gap than Eventogy issue, but it would help get new users up to speed. **What problems is Eventogy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run events for our clients and it allowed me to manage everything. It saved me time managing the delegates as it was all done automatically through the system and I could easily track who was where. There are useful functions which makes it easier for the scheduler such as auto-scheduler and flagging if an investor or corporate isn't available for a certain slot. **What do you dislike about Eventogy?** That you can't be notified by email when someone makes a change in the system. It would be good to be able to close registration for those investors who have already entered requests and only allow new investors to enter requests once you start scheduling. That was super appreciated. **What do you dislike about Eventogy?** Not much to dislike - everything is pretty straightforward **Recommendations to others considering Eventogy:** Eventogy website is super easy to use - they have tutorials that are super helpful too. Customer support is available and they respond promptly. **What problems is Eventogy solving and how is that benefiting you?** A lot of clients didn't see registration email that was sent thru Eventogy, although our IT team is working on a few options how to fix it. Among benefits - it's easy to set up a schedule for multiple tracks with lots of investors in attendance while having lots of moving parts. On top of that it's SUPER easy to run stat reports. ### 20. We loved the ease of setup from our side and our clients loved the look of the website. The branded website looked great and really modern. It was easy for our clients to use and navigate and the WebEx integration meant we could run interactive sessions. **What do you dislike about Eventogy?** There wasn't too much to dislike. It all went smoothly and we will definitely be using Eventogy again. **Recommendations to others considering Eventogy:** Great product and team. These events are basically ways for us to get them together and say thank you. COVID meant we couldn't do this in person so we have had to do it virtually. We did a few with just WebEx but we wanted a much better experience so that's why we went with Eventogy. It allowed us to do a better virtual event. It is very powerful software with a lot of customisation available when you want it but when you need to quickly set up and market an event it is very quick and simple. It is also one of the nicest looking user interfaces I have worked on. Support from Eventogy is second to none. They have been incredibly efficient whenever I have any questions and it is clear that you are speaking to support staff who understand the system inside out. We use a number of different software systems across our business and Eventogy is by far the best to deal with. **What do you dislike about Eventogy?** Honestly I can't think of anything I dislike **What problems is Eventogy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run a number of events and used to have spreadsheets and information all over the place. The function of being able to copy an event or pull in pages from different events is so useful and user friendly. It helps us as a team massively being able to check the status on other events quick and easy when our colleagues are out of the office and we receive a query for an event that we may not be working on. **What do you dislike about Eventogy?** I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike about the site and am very much looking forward to the new App function being launched. **What problems is Eventogy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are currently using Eventogy for our internal conference programme, the report function is saving us so much time. Our old system meant we had to pull a full report each time and then delete the information we did not require. This system allows us to build reports that just contains the information we need. I love the dashboard, being able to see quickly how many delegates have registered/declined etc by just one click is so useful. ### 33.
