We used Eventee for the first time this year for our Happiness@Work conference 2025, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use — both for organizers and attendees. We loved that everything was in one place: the event agenda (including multiple stages), all practical information, the ability to ask speakers questions directly and rate sessions — all without leaving the app. It made the whole experience smooth and user-friendly. In the feedback from our regular community meetings, we started seeing a request to support networking even after the event ended or before it started. Participants wanted the opportunity to connect with people they hadn't had a chance to meet during the event itself. And since we had excellent references from organisers of other events for Eventee—and our own positive user experience—the choice was clear. We migrated even the entire catalogue of presenters (similar to an abstract book, but with photos and speaker contacts) to the app quite smoothly and gained comprehensive support for establishing new collaborations. Eventee provided a one-stop solution that let us build a landing page, host live streams, register users, and keep online users engaged with each other and with the events happening live. We needed to deploy all this in a relatively short period of time, and Eventee made this possible with no coding needed.
