This makes it unnecessary for us to use less accurate and manageable processes like email RSVPs. We also would have to force people to pay in person without it, which is a harder process to manage. Paying in advance is a better indicator of attendance. **What do you dislike about Eventbrite?** Not much to dislike, really. It would be nice if we had more customizable and simple hyperlinks, but in a world where you can embed the links in words, it's not such a big deal. **Recommendations to others considering Eventbrite:** I would highly recommend using it. I can't imagine you could find a platform that is more cost-effective and efficient in building attendance for events, whether they are free or cost money. Great for managing multi-users within the same organizer network. **What do you dislike about Eventbrite?** In general I am not a fan of processing fees, but we are not in a position to create our own payment processing platform. Some features are not immediately obvious to change before publishing your event, it does require a bit of training and instruction so our internal teams know how to configure settings properly according to our internal policies. If you have to cancel and event, you cannot do so until you refund everyone. You cannot refund everyone in one click of a button, you have to manually go through and refund each order before you can cancel an event. They all charge processing fees and many charge monthly subscription fees. Very user friendly. **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2020 **What do you like best about Eventbrite?** They offer a free solution for our events that we don't charge for (between our main, fee-based events). **What do you dislike about Eventbrite?** Phone support is not available at all levels and is not 24/7, and for events that are on weekends and evenings, that is hard if you run into issues. **What problems is Eventbrite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us a free solution for our smaller events that are free...so we aren't paying for licenses.
