# Can't get customer support on an account change that is in the middle of an event! I have become the executive secretary of an organization that has utilized Eventbrite for the past several years to collect registration fees for our annual meeting. The previous exec secretary left a couple of days after creating the event on our website. The embedded code seems to be working just fine and folks are registering for our event. THE REALLY BIG problem is that I have not been able to get into the account despite the email being switched over to my email. Obviously something went wrong but I cannot get any support and there is no telephone number or email for support either. How does a company not have a way to get ahold of them?? # Looking to use eventbrite for selling tickets to live streamed music gig Looking to use eventbrite for selling tickets to live streamed music gig. Ive seen and used it for a Davey Lane gig at the Cherry bar and as as customer id like the ease of use. I want to use it for some gig i have planned to organise for some artists and want to know pricing and setup time etc. I also work on the Canada v USA Ice Hockey Classic in Australia each year and we have currently used ticketek and ticketmaster but are looking at options for our smaller events as well.
