It never feels like a typical vendor-client relationship – we truly feel like partners. The ongoing development of the platform is also worth mentioning: updates are purposeful and clearly aimed at solving real challenges. Recently, we’ve seen a strong and meaningful expansion of features for managing face-to-face courses, which has added even more value to our work.

Like any LMS or technical product, Eurekos won’t be able to cover 100% of every organization’s needs out of the box – and that’s completely normal. That said, it comes impressively close. Thanks to the platform’s flexibility, regular improvements, and the ability to customize certain features, most of our specific requirements can be addressed efficiently. Occasionally, there are minor technical issues or bugs after updates – but these are resolved quickly and reliably by the support team. Some of the things we still wish for are highly specific to our internal processes and use cases, rather than general shortcomings of the platform.
