Initially, I found managing archives and images a bit difficult. Over time, I found the functionality very useful, especially because it lets me create folders and subfolders and maintain a clear hierarchy. This makes it easier to organize and manage images in the correct order.

There are some limitations when it comes to layout selection, but with the available options, you can make smart choices to create your pages and customize the colors.

The nested activities functionality has also been very helpful. It allows us to sync data between two different activities, which was one of my concerns earlier, as I was not able to sync data between two activities that shared some of the same modules.

For certificate creation, there are only a limited number of font options, which can restrict the choice of font style. However, the option to add custom fonts is a big help and gives us more flexibility.

Like any LMS or technical product, Eurekos won’t be able to cover 100% of every organization’s needs out of the box – and that’s completely normal. That said, it comes impressively close. Thanks to the platform’s flexibility, regular improvements, and the ability to customize certain features, most of our specific requirements can be addressed efficiently. Occasionally, there are minor technical issues or bugs after updates – but these are resolved quickly and reliably by the support team. Some of the things we still wish for are highly specific to our internal processes and use cases, rather than general shortcomings of the platform.
