What do you like best about Eurekos?

I really appreciate Eurekos's high level of customization, strong data security standards, and especially the excellent mobile user experience. The ability to make quick edits, the evolving knowledge base, and the masquerade feature for troubleshooting have all been incredibly valuable. Customer support has been great. What do you dislike about Eurekos?

There are some unintuitive settings, like footer customization being under translations, and limitations such as only being able to define one custom font. Also, the way H5P activities display in carousels made some user experiences confusing and required workarounds that weren't ideal for accessibility or data analysis. What do you like best about Eurekos?

We have been using the Eurekos LMS for over four years now, and from the very beginning, it stood out as a platform truly built with the learner in mind. Compared to other systems we evaluated before implementation, Eurekos impressed us with its clear focus on usability, instructional quality, and real-world applicability. It’s obvious that the platform has been developed from practice, for practice.

We use Eurekos across a broad range of business cases – from external, purchasable trainings to internal in-house education, face-to-face courses, webinars, eLearnings, and blended learning formats. As both an administrator and instructional designer, I truly appreciate working with a tool that brings together strong technical functionality with a deep understanding of learning design. It allows us to create innovative, efficient, and engaging learning experiences.

One of the platform’s greatest strengths is its flexibility and user-friendly design. Despite offering a wide range of powerful features – from course and participant management to a fully integrated authoring tool – the system remains intuitive and easy to use. It scales effortlessly with our growing needs, without overwhelming users. Whenever a specific use case requires something special, the platform usually offers a solution – and in the rare cases it doesn’t, the Eurekos team steps in and helps develop one.

The collaboration with the Eurekos team has always been a real highlight. Their support is fast, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented. It never feels like a typical vendor-client relationship – we truly feel like partners. The ongoing development of the platform is also worth mentioning: updates are purposeful and clearly aimed at solving real challenges. Recently, we’ve seen a strong and meaningful expansion of features for managing face-to-face courses, which has added even more value to our work.

What do you dislike about Eurekos?

Like any LMS or technical product, Eurekos won’t be able to cover 100% of every organization’s needs out of the box – and that’s completely normal. That said, it comes impressively close. Thanks to the platform’s flexibility, regular improvements, and the ability to customize certain features, most of our specific requirements can be addressed efficiently. Occasionally, there are minor technical issues or bugs after updates – but these are resolved quickly and reliably by the support team. Some of the things we still wish for are highly specific to our internal processes and use cases, rather than general shortcomings of the platform. Overall, the openness of the Eurekos team to listen, adapt, and co-develop solutions makes even these individual challenges manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The perfect LMS, especially for use cases with external users"
What do you like best about Eurekos?

1) Great and fast support.

2) The interconnection of all contents. Videos, pictures, etc. need to be swapped only once in the archives, and are then updated in every training due to the interconnection. This makes updating content so easy.

3) The audit trail and the massive reporting. Any change to the system is tracked and can be downloaded. So important! Also training statistics are huge and individual standard reports can be created for different user groups.

4) The incredibly fast way of creating new trainings or importing new users.

5) The automation rules for e-mails and enrollments. Once the system is fully set up, it lasts like 2 minutes to import a list of new users and let them be enrolled in the correct trainings.

6) The massive possibilites Eurekos offers. Eurekos seems like being designed to be a knowledge/learning-hub for their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eurekos?

We've been using Eurekos as the foundation of our online training platform, and it's been an excellent experience. The system offers an impressive range of features and the flexibility we needed to bring our content to life. It has become an essential part of our processes when onboarding new clients.

One of Eurekos' standout qualities is its user-friendly interface combined with the flexibility to customize courses as we need. The tools provided make it easy to create, modify, and manage content, which has been essential for us as we scale our training offerings. New features are added regularly which helps us to elevate our content to a higher level.

The support from Eurekos has been outstanding, particularly from our Customer Success Manager! We’ve received a personalised training during our own onboarding phase which helped us a lot to get started. We have regular check-ins and receive good feedback on how to improve our courses.

What do you like best about Eurekos?

Having used and developed content on Eurekos platform for few years, I've been impressed by several aspects. First and foremost it offers a consistent user interface especially important for administrative and content creator roles, intuitive configuration and course deployment options and a great creative variety for the content itself; from the text layouts to embedding images, videos as well as the ability to use H5P objects to enrich the learning experience. File management is well designed, course-specific content is contained and easily searched through. Deploying courses for both internal and external use is straighforward and quick to do - monitoring course progress, completion is well implemented with good reporting and logging capabilities. What do you dislike about Eurekos?

I can create and publish e-learnings on the same platform. With the integrated H5P tool, I am also able to make the e-learnings more interactive and can even test the learning outcome.
