## About Ethical Angel
Ethical Angel was established in 2018 with a vision to digitise volunteering benefiting people, planet and profit. Our application is designed to make it easy for users to find and engage with experiences that are valuable to them. As a virtual marketplace Ethical Angel has two primary user types. Causes, (organisations delivering the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals) who are able to get free education and implementation of projects that will save them time, energy and money. And, Angels, often employees of subscribing organisations who use the real-world experiences for impact and learning opportunities.

**What do you like best about Ethical Angel?**

I like that each learning experience supports a charity, social enterprise, or NGO. I appreciate that this helps the goals of corporate social responsibility for employees.

**What do you dislike about Ethical Angel?**

Personal development is hard to quantify and while they try, Ethical Angel cannot put data to every part of an employee's soft skills or speed like they say they can.

**What problems is Ethical Angel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the problem of adding CSR into our day-to-day by including it in personal development. The benefits that I have realized are very slim, but I appreciate the goals of the company.
