"eTender made our Sourcing processes faster, more structured, and far easier for users!"
5/5
What do you like best about eTender?

With eTender, we ran a pilot project to organize and digitize our sourcing processes. The team not only delivered exceptional value but also made the entire journey smooth and well-supported. Through the accompanied pilot, they ran

workshops, collected our feedback, and even implemented several of our feature requests — a level of customer care that truly stands out.

As a procurement platform, eTender helped us bring structure and transparency to our sourcing activities. Starting simple was a huge advantage — we could launch a project in just 15 minutes. We began with RFPs and supplier management and later explored eAuctions,

spot purchases, and contracting modules, all supported by integrated AI assistants that saved us a lot of time.

I’d recommend eTender to any team beginning their digital procurement journey — it’s not just software, it’s a partnership that comes with outstanding guidance and communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eTender?

There wasn’t much to dislike - as with any tool, at first eTender wasn't fully replicating our internal procurement process. However, the team offered a great set of workflow templates that we easily adapted - and in the end, everything worked perfectly for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transparent, Efficient, and Cost-Saving Procurement for Our Company"
4.5/5
What do you like best about eTender?

Before implementing eTender, our procurement processes were fragmented and managed manually. With the platform, we gained transparency, structure, and full control. Now all tenders, supplier data, and documents are centralized and easy to access. The reverse auction functionality works perfectly and delivers measurable savings. I also value how quickly tenders can be created and processed — what used to take hours now takes minutes. The platform considers all roles in the company and helps align procurement, finance, and security teams in one digital workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eTender?

There are no critical issues. Integration with other systems, such as SAP, is something we’re working on next. The eTender team is open to feedback and constantly develops new functionality, so the platform keeps evolving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
