**What do you like best about eStoreBrands?**

I have access to unique and powerful data such as conversion which I can leverage to our advantage, by building specific business cases for our brands, that otherwise may not be possible. Our communication with the retailer is pointed and concise as we use standardised objective and performance metrics to measure success, so both supplier and retailer understand and integrate the same language.

**What do you dislike about eStoreBrands?**

There are some filters and detail within the tool that would be extremely useful to have such, such as SKU data at keyword level and web vs app stats.

**What problems is eStoreBrands solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In conjunction with the data to support within the Asda Xpert tool, our account manager is briefed and aligned to the category challenges our brands are facing and strives for eCategory excellence and cohesion within Asda's online trading team. With the support of Xpert, we have been able to kick off a cross-functional team of category and eCommerce experts to workshop and collaborate on the right Dairy eCategory Strategy for Asda.

**What do you like best about eStoreBrands?**

I appreciate eStoreBrands for its service with someone on the ground making things happen across multiple departments, which is very useful. The proprietary tool Asda Xpert is relatively intuitive and provides unique features. It gathers platform and sales data to offer insights on performance and helps us optimize to maximize sales. The tool's ability to show opportunities to drive products harder and address underperformers, along with data to identify and fix issues like availability, visibility, or conversion, is truly beneficial. I also like that the in-house team takes the actions derived from insights, sees them through to completion, and evaluates the results for us. The setup was easy, hands-off, and handled in-house with Asda, which was convenient for us. Both the service and tool functionality have been a wholly positive experience, making it highly recommendable.

**What do you dislike about eStoreBrands?**

Nothing significant, but the presentation back of impact could be more analytical and sharper. Some of the tool functionality is limited by Asda giving access to data points, such as sales conversion.

eStoreBrands' proprietary ASDA Xpert tool provides end-to-end insights on performance, helps us optimize sales, and identifies opportunities and underperformers. It offers actionable data for improvements and includes a service team to implement and evaluate changes, streamlining our sales optimization.

**What do you like best about eStoreBrands?**

I love eStoreBrands for its ease of use and its very visual aspect. The tool allows me to easily see at a glance the issues on e-commerce platforms, which really helps me navigate their resolution, especially in terms of content and research. I find that eStoreBrands greatly simplifies my work by saving me from visiting each e-retailer's site individually. It offers both a global view and a more specific view according to my needs. The support provided by Aleksandra and Mariana has been wonderful; they have always been available to answer my questions, making the initial setup pleasant.

**What do you dislike about eStoreBrands?**

Sometimes there are matching issues between what eStoreBrands wants to see and what it sees. Some sections are not very clear and understandable at first because there is no course/training to know everything about a given section.

**What problems is eStoreBrands solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use eStoreBrands to easily track the digital shelf of e-retailers. It quickly shows me content and search issues on e-commerce platforms, saving me from checking each site individually. It's visual and adaptable, significantly simplifying my work.

I find eStoreBrands to be very, very user-friendly and intuitive, which makes it easy for our local teams to work with the digital shelf data. The platform presents all data in an actionable way. What's really impressive is the great support service, including customer success management, the account team, and the support team. Their support has been phenomenal - fast, pragmatic, helpful, and flexible.

**What do you dislike about eStoreBrands?**

I can't think of anything - the team is really proactive in their road map and product development, in a way preempting many of our needs.

**What problems is eStoreBrands solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eStoreBrands provides data on our digital shelf across retail web shops, solving issues with assortment management and data accuracy using automated assortment scraping. Our data is now accurate and dynamic.

As the end goal is to always drive sales performance, we find that the lack of sales data makes it difficult to more accurately define the category and how we stand in it

It helps us identify where we are doing well and not doing well in terms of search, to allow us to widen our net in capturing in platform audiences

What I like best is the depth of market insights and the clear visibility it provides into our digital shelf performance. Secondly, the user-friendly interface and helpfull team, that is alway open for open for tackling complex requests and finding quick solutions.

The platform makes it easy to track content and stock availability, also it`s a great tool for competitor tracking in real-time, allowing us to react quickly to market changes.

eStore helps to centralize performance metrics, stock health, and content audits, it gives us a single source of truth. The main benefit is the ability to make fast, informed decisions regarding our pricing and content strategies, ensuring we stay competitive even when market dynamics shift rapidly.

**What do you like best about eStoreBrands?**

The platform is really intuitive and user-friendly so the initial adaptation is quicker comparing to other similar platforms. The way the information is presented is easy to understand even to people that use the platform occasionally just with the goal of consulting it. The monthly monitoring meeting is straight to the point giving easy to understand next steps to be held until the next meeting. We are really happy with the support Aleksandra is being giving to us.

**What do you dislike about eStoreBrands?**

In some daily scraping, we found some incongruencies as a product being mentioned as not listed in a eRetailer but, in fact, it is listed for some days and still with stock. However, it is easier to open a ticket and they solve it quickly.

**What problems is eStoreBrands solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us knowing the status of our best sellers products on top eRetailers, allowing us to understand what is wrong and has opportunity to improve.

Sometimes difficult to find exactly what you are looking for. And that the tool might be a little slow sometimes.

Comparing prices and price development on key Pharmacy retailers. Tracking Out-of-stock at these Pharmacies. Comparing promo pressure. And by tracking keywords see how we can improve our presence online. Those are the main features we use on a regular basis.

The team at eStoreBrands are easily accessible, flexible, insightful and incredibly supportive at global, regional and local levels. We have a long-standing relationship with them built on trust and a mutual desire for continuous improvement.

There are many digital shelf providers in the open market but a commitment to high service level standards sets eStoreBrands apart from many of their competitors.

**What do you dislike about eStoreBrands?**

An ongoing challenge we face, is an accurate read of category brand share data with key marketplace (outside of Amazon) and retailer websites that allow is to understand true brand performance in this rapidly growing channel. 

This is not a "dislike" as such but something we feel would enhance the service / products currently being provided given other providers are able to show this.

An in-depth understanding of digital shelf sales fundamentals and insights, providing clear guidance and hands on support for markets to action, track & monitor accordingly

The overview, relevant (read crucial) KPIs with clear action points what to improve and focus on. 
The opportunities it brings. The automated support, that save us time and resources - something that would be done manually otherwise. 
Always fast and nice help from the support team and my main contact person.

**What do you dislike about eStoreBrands?**

Still manual work with preparing the data to implement products (takes a bit of time and monitoring). 
Doesn't track the quality of the content, just the quantity. 
Still a bit complex data, trying to simplify it further would be good.

Making sure our products meet internal targets, but also keeping up with competition. 
Also saves us a lot of time!

There are some bugs that must be reported constantly.

For the commercial area, the visibility of stock and the availability of products in the digital store is essential.

From a marketing perspective, the platform allows me to have a digital shelf that offers standardized images, of good quality and in sufficient quantity in the different digital stores, which helps to bring the consumer closer to the end user.

The set up time and portfolio management to include updates. But the IT team has evolved the platform and services to make it easier.
