What do you like best about eStoreBrands?

The platform is really intuitive and user-friendly so the initial adaptation is quicker comparing to other similar platforms. The way the information is presented is easy to understand even to people that use the platform occasionally just with the goal of consulting it. The monthly monitoring meeting is straight to the point giving easy to understand next steps to be held until the next meeting. We are really happy with the support Aleksandra is being giving to us. What do you dislike about eStoreBrands?

In some daily scraping, we found some incongruencies as a product being mentioned as not listed in a eRetailer but, in fact, it is listed for some days and still with stock. However, it is easier to open a ticket and they solve it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eStoreBrands?

The team at eStoreBrands are easily accessible, flexible, insightful and incredibly supportive at global, regional and local levels. We have a long-standing relationship with them built on trust and a mutual desire for continuous improvement.

There are many digital shelf providers in the open market but a commitment to high service level standards sets eStoreBrands apart from many of their competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eStoreBrands?

An ongoing challenge we face, is an accurate read of category brand share data with key marketplace (outside of Amazon) and retailer websites that allow is to understand true brand performance in this rapidly growing channel.

The overview, relevant (read crucial) KPIs with clear action points what to improve and focus on.

The opportunities it brings. The automated support, that save us time and resources - something that would be done manually otherwise.

Still manual work with preparing the data to implement products (takes a bit of time and monitoring).

Doesn't track the quality of the content, just the quantity.
