It would be helpful to have my own website for custom orders which I don't have at the present time. **What do you dislike about Estimate Rocket?** I would like to have generic items that I can assign to my customers. It is a lot of work to fill in all the information for just one etsy sale. If demand warranted, this would work for multiple orders and custom design. However, I wanted to see if it would be easy to use for crafts and single items. It is geared more towards construction but could be modified. **What problems is Estimate Rocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me keep track of the production time progress of my custom order by using the calendar. Software helps with leads, closing ratios and other metrics, and profit accounting. Estimate Rocket provides templates that you can customize and has online support whenever you need assistance. System is cloud based and training is excellent- both online videos to help and online live training provided. Estimate Rocket can also help with accounting needs- creating invoices, billing, and collecting payments. **What do you dislike about Estimate Rocket?** The software doesn't have an API- Application Programming Interface, which makes it difficult for us to connect Estimate Rocket to other internal systems. We use Zapier that requires an API key and that creates an issue. I like the fact that I can create templates for items or descriptions I use often. It will also accept payments through credit cards. Your estimate look and feel is totally customizable. I have added photos of the products I use instead of just words. This give the extra edge. Customer service is great and quick. **What do you dislike about Estimate Rocket?** Not being able to see when and if the client has viewed the invoice. You can see this with estimates but not invoice. **Recommendations to others considering Estimate Rocket:** Its built for painting contractors but would be easy to customize to any field. Save yourself time, look profession, and stop worrying about forgetting to follow up by using Estimate Rockets auto follow-up email. Im saving a lot of time being able to use templates and pre-set items when adding things, I use a lot to the estimate.
