We often need to convert Postgresql Data to MSSQL data or dump it in excel/csv files. With ESF this makes it really fast, configurable, scheduled deliveries with scripts, easy and flexible to do. **What do you dislike about ESF Database Migration Toolkit?** For me there is not much to like. Data goes in and data comes outs. **Recommendations to others considering ESF Database Migration Toolkit:** Try it out. The demo was full and it showed all results. The only caveat with the demo is only the first 50 rows are completely legible. I was able to convert my MS Access Database to MySQL and MySQL database to Oracle with a single tool. Moreover, its conversion rate is very high and export the files quickly to another database. The software offers to preview the database contents, that is one can choose from the tables to be exported. It also supports migration of encrypted database files too. The software with its powerful engine scans the files and export all the data by mapping profiles from one database to another so there is no chance of data ambiguity. It allows us to easily import data from many sources into MS SQL. You do manual imports as well as script data imports. A feature I do like is the ability to easily filter the source data and pick columns you want to use. You can take it a step further and modify the created script files with notepad and adjust filtering as needed. **What do you dislike about ESF Database Migration Toolkit?** Not really much not to like. One thing I would like to see is the ability to do highly advanced filtering with out modifying the script files. **Recommendations to others considering ESF Database Migration Toolkit:** Try it. The trial is limited but does what it says. **What problems is ESF Database Migration Toolkit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We on occasion have need to pull in Postgresql data from a remote server and dump it into MS SQL.
