ESF Database Migration Toolkit Reviews & Product Details

We work in a busy data driven environment. We often need to convert Postgresql Data to MSSQL data or dump it in excel/csv files. With ESF this makes it really fast, configurable, scheduled deliveries with scripts, easy and flexible to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The EasyFrom Database Migration Toolkit main advantage is support for multiple databases. I was able to convert my MS Access Database to MySQL and MySQL database to Oracle with a single tool. Moreover, its conversion rate is very high and export the files quickly to another database. The software offers to preview the database contents, that is one can choose from the tables to be exported. It also supports migration of encrypted database files too. The software with its powerful engine scans the files and export all the data by mapping profiles from one database to another so there is no chance of data ambiguity. I found it difficult to install as I haven't used any database converter before, but after getting instructions from the user guide and help from the support team I was able to install it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using EFS for several years. It allows us to easily import data from many sources into MS SQL. You do manual imports as well as script data imports. A feature I do like is the ability to easily filter the source data and pick columns you want to use. You can take it a step further and modify the created script files with notepad and adjust filtering as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
