Good job profile and opportunities to work on several very different projects. Good work envirinment with flexible hours, awesome colleagues and managers.

Top heavy management structure in India. Poor work life balance. Extensive travel. Includes working on weekends and long duration secondments and punishing deadlines. Extended working hours are norm . Poor pay and increments
