Epicor Connected Process Control (CPC) is a no-code/low-code MES and Connected Worker platform with embedded digital work instructions that provide task-level guidance, process control, traceability, and real-time reporting. The platform provides a unified environment with consistent workflows across stations and operations, connecting workers, tools, and business systems. CPC supports both operator-performed and automated operations. Tasks can be completed through guided instructions or automatically confirmed through PLCs and integrated equipment, with results captured as part of the product record. CPC enables production data to flow from the shop floor to business systems for analysis and operational decision-making. It can be deployed as a standalone system or integrated with ERP platforms, including native integration with Epicor Kinetic. Key capabilities: Flexible configuration: Drag-and-drop workflow configuration, task changes, and line balancing without custom development. Digital work instructions: Embedded editor supporting images, text, GIFs, videos, PDFs, and more to present workstation-specific guidance. Device connectivity: Integration with torque tools, barcode readers, gauges, printers, scales, vision systems, badge readers, and PLC-controlled equipment. **What do you like best about Epicor Connected Process Control?**

I use Epicor Connected Process Control to streamline processes for manufacturing and customer service. It really cuts down on errors when entering and validating orders and shipping. What I like most is its ease of use and change management versatility. When testing a process, I can save the process and make adjustments, which allows me to keep track of changes and revert to previous process controls easily. The initial setup was pretty easy for me and my team.

**What do you dislike about Epicor Connected Process Control?**

I wish there was a more intuitive interface that allows the user to access help per field. I would also like to see AI integrated into process control, especially using natural language to create and submit controls, and the ability to integrate PLCs, barcode scanners, and vision systems through a single AI control.

I use Epicor Connected Process Control to streamline processes, reducing errors in order entry and shipping, and it's easy to manage and adjust processes.

**What do you like best about Epicor Connected Process Control?**

I like that the setup of Epicor Connected Process Control was simple and it was very easy for my team. The user interface is clean and easy to use. I appreciate how quickly we can adjust stations to new models. The model-based configuration matches our business well. The feature where I could set up model families and 'copy to all models' made setup significantly faster.

**What do you dislike about Epicor Connected Process Control?**

When we first implemented Epicor Connected Process Control, there was a feature called model families, which would allow us to group certain models together that all assembled the same way. I was able to set one up at a station and then 'copy to all models', making setup significantly faster.

**What problems is Epicor Connected Process Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Epicor Connected Process Control solves serial number and lot tracking challenges. Its simple setup, clean user interface, and quick model station adjustments are beneficial, enhancing our assembly efficiency.

**What do you like best about Epicor Connected Process Control?**

The Epicor interface is intuitive and user-friendly, and the system supports continuous learning. The data flow is clear for users across any module, which makes it easier to manage inputs and outputs between teams—something that can be complicated with other ERP software, or without an ERP at all.

**What do you dislike about Epicor Connected Process Control?**

There are still some bugs, especially around refreshing and the printing features. Those areas could be more reliable.

**What problems is Epicor Connected Process Control solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data management and methodical processing. Building the system properly according to the particular needs of each process takes a lot of burden off me as a user.
