**What do you like best about EPIC Consumer?**

I like the ways in which you can customize it and build things out- once you know how it isn't bad, but there are down sides to it all.

**What do you dislike about EPIC Consumer?**

It seems neither our team or our team at Integra could figure out how to do certain things - getting answers could take a long time, making it difficult to make steady progress.

**Recommendations to others considering EPIC Consumer:**

I'd recommend going with Epic instead, it's the web-based, more modern version, but isn't a bad program at all.  

**What problems is EPIC Consumer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Destiny was LOS - we were using it to help build up another Integra product, Epic.
