The two features, modeling and insights, help me understand the past performance and potential future effects of changes in logistics. **What do you dislike about Enveyo?** The main issue Enveyo has is that the visibility appears to be quite poor in the last mile delivery. This is a downside because there are no real time updates on the final delivery status of a shipment or even a customer’s question. **What problems is Enveyo solving and how is that benefiting you?** To solve the problem of handling intricate logistics processes, Enveyo offers us analytics and automation solutions. It gives us the opportunity to make the necessary improvements in shipping without having negative effects based on the analysis of history data. **What do you dislike about Enveyo?** Enveyo does not have adequate insight into how the delivery process is conducted during the last mile. Perhaps the most apparent is the absence of some way to track packages when they are transferred to the last carrier within the platform. **What problems is Enveyo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through software, Enveyo offers a complete solution also within logistics, from order point to pre-delivery.
