We use Entri Connect to help users point their dns as a key step in their website build process. This is normally a pretty painful workflow for users, but Entri allows them to complete this process in a few clicks.

Agency customers especially like the option to start this process and then share a link with their clients so the clients can finish the process. This means Agencies don't need to have direct access to domain registries and clients retain full control while still taking advantage of the simplified workflow.

Entri is also flexible and supports related workflows. The combined impact has greatly reduced our support contacts.

Entri works best when allowing them to take over the entire domain connection process. We had a few steps/directions etc. we wanted to remain in place for our users and therefore, the mix of our app and Entri's pop-up modal isn't ideal for UX. Entri works exactly as promised and does in fact support a very long list of all the top DNS providers. Where they don't support a provider they have a clear explanation why, which is only in very rare scenarios. Their support is amazing. We have a private Slack channel and they are extremely quick to answer all our questions and resovle any bugs very quickly. Entri is an amazing solution for heping non-technical users set up DNS reocrds, which can be very frustrating for the average smal business owner.

Because its a newer product, there are some aspects some things that are slightly green, but Entri was very responsive and cooperative to resolve everything they possibly could.
