"Easy Setup, But Frustrating Cancellation Process"

What do you like best about Entri?

The UX was easy enough to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Entri?

I set up a one-year testing account with the domain and now I cannot cancel the auto-renew because I don't want to be charged in October and I don't want to pay again. I also set up a free trial email account and I also cannot cancel that free trial. Every button on my dashboard that involves canceling my subscription and trial doesn't work, which feels like a scam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
