EngineBox Reviews & Product Details

EngineBox is a cloud-based engineering document control and workflow management platform built for teams that need secure, anywhere-access to technical files, without software installs or VPNs. Built in HTML5, EngineBox runs entirely in the browser across any device. It integrates natively with major CAD applications, enabling teams to view and mark up technical drawings directly in the browser, no plugins required. Automated workflow tools route files for review, approval, and processing with full administrative control over user permissions and file accessibility. External collaborators and contractors can be added as guests, with configurable access to view, download, mark up, or print documents, without IT setup or VPN provisioning. Every action across the platform is automatically logged with built-in audit trails, giving engineering teams complete accountability and compliance-ready documentation. Engineered for security. Built for collaboration.
