**What do you like best about Enghouse Insights?**

What I like most about Enghouse Insights is its unified, cross-channel view of customer interactions. Being able to pull together call logs, chat transcripts, survey feedback, and support ticket data all in one place saves us so much time and gives us a complete picture of the customer journey that we couldn’t get before. The quality management and compliance tools also stand out—they’re robust, reliable, and built for enterprise B2B use cases like ours, especially with GDPR and European data standards in mind. It gives us peace of mind that we’re tracking service performance correctly and staying compliant. I also appreciate how consistent and stable the platform is. Reports run smoothly, data is accurate, and we don’t face constant downtime or glitches that disrupt our workflow. For a team that relies on daily analytics to improve customer experience, that reliability is really valuable.

The customization for dashboards and reports isn’t as flexible as we’d like. We often have to export data to Excel to create the exact views our stakeholders need, instead of doing everything inside the platform.

Automated phone surveys are time-saving as the participants no longer need to go through lengthy interviews. Additionally, participants would feel more comfortable in providing their feedback since responses are ofren anonymous.

One of the downsides of IVR is the human connection since it is automated, it may cause misinterpretation from the users which they would not be able to clarify since it is automated unlike in interviews.

IVRs are cost efficient, Rather than paying more for interviewers, companies can save by using Automated Phone surveys. It saves time since it is automated and do not require lengthy interviews. Additionally. since it is automated, it reduces human error in data gathering.

Nothing, Most of the tie is not usefull because they dont deal with real propleam, and its a way of escape to talk to customer agents

everything, as I said I dont like anything in this.

I was trying to tell I want to close the account, but it is not allowing me to do so, But there is nothing in IVR which helps with this. In chat Bot is just giving erroe and closing the chat

Automated phone survey (IVR) negative things or dislike is only its monotonous tone of voice which annoy to the customer sometime. Because without emotions and warmth in voice people normally don't like to listen more and hang up.

Efficient Tool - Make concurrent calls to several people at same time reducing human effort.It’s Voice is understandable compared to others.

Slow for person giving feedback as voice speed is auto set to certain words per minute to make the end user understand. Frustrating for people who like to listen fast. 
Human touch and empathy are missing in case of bad feedbacks.

Survox is very powerful, but it does not use a GUI interface in the normal sense.  Once you are able to code in it though, you can do just about anything you need to.

**What do you dislike about Enghouse Insights?**

The lack of a GUI interface can be a bit of a learning curve.

If you have good programmers, the freedom of total coding is very powerful.

IVR helped me ease the processing of phone management for both employees, customers and my business overall.  I also liked the voice was easy to understand and wasn't extremely robotic as other systems had provided in the past.

**What do you dislike about Enghouse Insights?**

IVR because it is automated sometimes had glitches and it would lead to customer complaints. 
I don't have too many complaints but the IVR according too. customers took human interaction out of the process but once they understood our reasoning behind it many of them changed their minds. 

**Recommendations to others considering Enghouse Insights:**

I would advise other looking to use IVR that it is a great tool to grow your business and understand your customers needs and wants. Allows you to free up a human from the phones to be more invested in other aspects of business . 
IVR is a great addition to any business because the world is shifting toward the Digital age, if it has not already entered it. 
Highly recommend for any business with multilingual clientele. Could take the communication barrier problems out of the way.

IVR helps me free up the time of my employees and allows customers to directly connect With a person or department that they want to reach. The easy navigation was a plus and more time off the phone leads to administrative staff being able to do more clerical work and paper work unless it was extremely busy or necessary.

It is quick, effective and accurate.   I, personally, have received calls by people using this app and for those who do use this app is an effective tool.

Many people do not answer their phones if they do not recognize the caller.   This app does not show the caller's name, only the phone number it comes from.

**Recommendations to others considering Enghouse Insights:**

Be sure to setup the software so that the name of your company shows in caller ID.    If  not, most people do not answer the phone.

It helps me track the effectiveness of our nonprofit's work and customer satisfaction.

I am impartial to IVR's tree tool. While I find that the platform is difficult to use, it certainly delivers on this facet.

IVR leaves little to enjoy through an ambitious yet slow platform.

Consider your needs and budget before jumping into the "latest, greatest" thing.

Unfortunately, almost none. I find that I get more out of a basic landline conference call.
