We use the tool which is all online and cloud based to simply take the temperature of staff in a company and find out where there engagement levels are and collect ideas to develop the company from staff feedback which makes it much easier to build improvements across the business and put it into the development plan. The Graphical interface makes it much easier to see quickly and easily where the hotspots are and what we need to focus on to improve engagement in the organisation. **What do you dislike about Engagement Multiplier?** Initially the questions were all fixed and the feedback was limited by the understanding of the participants when the job titles and descriptions were not specific to their organisation but generic. However I understand that now we can have bespoke questions this now makes it a Taylor made questionnaire. **Recommendations to others considering Engagement Multiplier:** As a coaching advisor I found the results of the Engagement Multiplier feedback from the Clients staff to be incredibly useful in developing a plan of action is to engage the workforce and make sure that they are achieving the best performance they can across the business. This resulted in engagement levels going up for all of my clients who are using it and my services to create improvement across their businesses. **What problems is Engagement Multiplier solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’ve been able to take regular readings from the employees of my clients and we are able to easily display the growth in engagement across the business with the implementation for action plans and the results therefore being displayed in the next quarters results. With better engagement the productivity of staff the recruitment of team members into a culture of engagement is much easier and staff retention improves. Management gets to see the issues plaguing the company and through the anonymous communication, solutions can be created. **What do you dislike about Engagement Multiplier?** There's really nothing to dislike about the program. It provides an easy interface, easily digestible data, and a way to provide change without thee awkwardness. **Recommendations to others considering Engagement Multiplier:** Give it a shot. Sign up right away or give the free trial a shot and you'll be able to see the insight you receive while you grade your company and they grade you.
