I can easily go to clients profile and see the last time I communicated, the last time they purchased, what they purchased, & client information. I love being able to communicate through the SMS feature & it has all of our previous conversations, which helps when I am busy in the store, I can easily go back and read our converstation & I don't have to make a note of it myself, I can create a task to remind myself to reach out to the client about the following....xyz.
