When we changed our needs, we canceled. We noticed that, after some months, we were still being charged (and it was probably something that we did wrong). I let their support person know, and they refunded all of the money that we paid since the initial cancelation. They did the right thing, and it was great. **What do you dislike about Encrypt.me?** Nothing. They are amazing. Their product works very well. **What problems is Encrypt.me solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a secure connection to our ssh server. ### 2. Price is very reasonable. They remove the hassle of setting up a VPN server as they have an automated process. **What do you dislike about Encrypt.me?** No Linux client Cannot use other standard clients Does not specify protocols or settings Configuration for your team is limited **What problems is Encrypt.me solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have resources in our cloud that we lock down to IP. This allows us to limit the IPs and force our users to go through the VPN to access any sensitive data. ### 3.
