Our organization uses NetSuite, but our internal knowledge and trainign abilities are quite limited. We use eMerge to guide us through implimentation and integration with our other tools, and that is saving us a ton of time, and preventing many headaches along the way. Consolidated Invoicing allows us to provide our clients exactly what they require based on contractual terminology without redesigning our internal processes to meet their needs. Our business strategy requires the use of custom fields not natively found in NetSuite, on our client facing invoices. eMerge efficiently supplied the information and assisted in the creation of the customization that we required in order to accomplish this end result.
