They have very a very experienced team who are in our time zone that can answer our questions quickly, and guide us through whatever issues we run into when using NetSuite Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our organization uses NetSuite, but our internal knowledge and trainign abilities are quite limited. We use eMerge to guide us through implimentation and integration with our other tools, and that is saving us a ton of time, and preventing many headaches along the way.
