I saw them once on kick-off, and then they vanished in background shadow as they are never were here. Only some regular automatic emails coming from their corporate emails remind me they exist. **What do you dislike about Emerald Technology?** Maybe Emerald to be more involved into employees life? Or at lest to provide clear and straightforward explanation what one could wait from them, and what is never to be expected? Customer support is represented by two persons: one is really helpful, but extremely busy, so could miss to answer a question for days or weeks (in fact that is not the big issue, a phone call solves the case). Another person is answering on email, and is just "an interface" a forwarder of request without proper knowledge; above of that is also not very quick providing the feedbacks and keep tracking touch to avoid thoughts "hmm, looks they really don't care...". **What problems is Emerald Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Resolved basic juridical questions in the new location. ### 16. From user (employee) perspective this was a huge struggle. **What do you dislike about Emerald Technology?** Employee contract preparation took around 3 months from the first version we get till we finally have a proper version. First version of contract contained many not aligned parts which was surprise for us and also many parts of the contract was not aligned with Hungarian Labour Law. It was a surprise that even legally the document was not ok and we as employees have to reflect it that that many parts are against the local law. Also in some cases the Hungarian and English parts were not aligned, they contained different wording, so the translations were bad quality. It took many rounds to finally have a contract which reflects what we agreed with Netcracker and what is not having worse conditions that we had earlier in our previous contract. **What problems is Emerald Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** i need a employee contract in Hungary and therefore we use Moore as local partner to employ us. ### 17. About 6 months into using the system my phone stopped receiving text messages for my code which was an inconvenience however the team got the code swtiched to my email. Especially in the beginning I had to do a lot of back and forth between the 2 companies to sort things out on budget and stipend policies. At some point I was asked to log my PTO requests with them first and they would update HUMAN, which I found odd, but also they never updated, so I just stopped doing it altogether. They don't even have a platform for that, I was asked to do it via email. We appreciate your feedback on the PTO request process, at that time we did not have a Platform as we were a EOR service provider, and not a self-service platform provider like some of our competitors- which Human Security preferred. However, we have recently developed a Cloud Platform to assist us in our EOR offering, allowing us to offer a hybrid approach. We currently have integrations with BambooHR and Expensify.
