The Nexonia team is very helpful. They were able to get us setup very smoothly and make the integration process a smooth one. Since then, they are very helpful in assisting us to make any changes to our profile to ensure it is running as smoothly as possible. The platform for the business users is very simple and user friendly, which is one of the most important things we wanted to achieve. We have had a few small bugs and open tickets, but nothing that would stop me from using Nexonia. The integration and setup for every new employee is a little timely just to get it to sync with everyone else, but as long as it is quick and easy for them, that is fine with us. Nexonia has been a huge step forward for our organization. The ease with which our team can submit expenses for pre-approval and receipts/invoices after the fact has received rave reviews and has expedited the leg work by our accounting team to ensure all expenses are submitted before each month end close. Adding receipts and invoices is extremely simple and web-based expense reports and approvals further increases the ease of use. The approval workflow for our organization resulted in some complicated logic in Nexonia that will be cumbersome to maintain. Also, the integration with Intacct is not perfect if you are using non-standard dimensions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Nexonia's time tracking product and it's been a huge upgrade from our last time tracking system, both in terms of functionality and value. In the time tracking system I'm not a fan of their time reminders, when sent out it's formatted oddly and isn't clear to users, so we aren't using that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and net suite integration is very helpful. Easy to give access to many employees and for them also easy to upload their expense claims or invoices. Easy to review and approve the expense claim and invoices and great feature that you can approve it on behalf of another employee. The NetSuite integration is great. And also the synchronization is also very helpful. Easy to download data and separate tabs for employees expenses and invoices is also great. Also for my month end reporting we have the custom built reports that we use every month and its very easy to generate and makes our life much easier for the purpose of accruals. I also liked how easy it was to add vendors on NetSuite and then integrate on Nexonia and a new new vendor is added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think one weakness I have noticed is that sometimes some data doesn't integrate properly with Net Suite. I am not sure about the reason but then I have to manually check and make the correction or add the missing / unsynchronized invoices or employee expense claims in Net Suite. I am not sure if this is an integration issue or the way the invoice was submitted but this happen almost 50% if the time of integration with Net Suite. Apart from this I don't think Nexonia needs any improvement but yeah may be a bit of reduction in cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We moved from a paper system, no longer are receipts getting lost, but each person has a full list of what was purchased on their credit cards now too.
