What I like best about Emburse Nexonia is the accommodating and helpful Help Desk staff. They are quick to respond and confirm that they understand your inquiry. They also provide a link to the website or a screenshot of the correction. What do you dislike about Emburse Nexonia? There are a few things that we don't like about Nexonia. First, it doesn't integrate well with Intacct, our accounting platform. This makes it difficult to keep track of expenses and reconcile them with our other financial data. Second, we've had trouble finding one that imports transactions reliably. I love the convenience and simplicity of Emburse Nexonia. It streamlines the entire process of booking and paying for trips, which is invaluable to me. Before using this tool, I had to manually track my expenses on my spreadsheet, book all travel myself, and figure out how latecomer reimbursement after the fact. Then I constantly worry about losing digital or paper receipts - something that always happens with me because I'm so forgetful! But now, none of those concerns are an issue anymore, thanks to Nexonia. This expense management software allows me to tack everything related to business trips onto our company credit card and keep track of all expenses by uploading photos of receipts into a single location via their app. The automation made possible by Emburse Nexonian has saved my life! I wouldn't say I like Emburse Nexonia Performance because the system can feel slow when processing high-volume job/project transactions. While support is quick to respond, turnaround on fixes can be inconsistent. The proactive and follow-up status communication could be improved after a request has been submitted.
